Okuhida Visitor Center
The Visitor Center is the starting point for your trip, providing information on the weather, sightseeing, transportation, and other aspects of the natural park and surrounding areas, including Mt. Norikura, the Yari-Hotaka mountain range, the Goshikigahara forest at the foot of the mountains, Hirayu Falls, and Oku-Hida Onsenkyo. In addition to introducing the region's distinctive topography, geology, flora and fauna, you can also participate in experiential programs such as nature observation and forest bathing.
