Okuhida Visitor Center Event, July 2026
The Okuhida Visitor Center is hosting "Bengara Dyeing Handmade Experience" and "Giant Nezuko Tree Walking Tour"!
Why not try dyeing your own original tenugui (Japanese hand towel) using natural pigments (bengara) made from soil, or visit the large cypress trees nurtured by the nature of Hirayu?
"Bengara Dyeing" Workshop: July 19th (Sun) & July 20th (Mon), 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
"Great Nezuko Tree Walking Tour" held on Saturdays and Sundays in July (excluding July 12th) from 9:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 15:30.
