The Okuhida Onsenkyo Tourism Association will be holding a photo contest (2026).
The ridgelines of the Northern Alps, the rising steam from hot springs, the ever-changing mountain scenery with each season, and the inn nestled within it all.
Please send us a photo that touched your heart in Okuhida.
■ Theme
This season, Okuhida that you encountered
Landscapes, hot springs, food, people. Any subject is welcome.
We look forward to receiving a photo that captures the essence of Okuhida in that particular season.
■ Application period
1st August 11, 2026 (Tuesday/Holiday) - November 10, 2026 (Tuesday)
2nd December 19, 2026 (Saturday) - February 23, 2027 (Tuesday/Holiday)
*Only applications submitted by 11:59 PM on the deadline date for each round will be considered.

We will be giving away prizes to a total of eight people over two rounds.

■ Requests regarding your application
- Only original works photographed by yourself are accepted.
- If there are people in the photo, the person in the photo (or their guardian if they are a minor)
Please apply only after obtaining permission.
Images generated by AI, or images that have been excessively processed and differ significantly from actual scenery, are not suitable.
This will not be considered for review.
Please refrain from submitting works that have won awards in other contests or works that are currently being submitted.

When filming in mountainous areas, please pay close attention to the weather and your equipment.

The copyright of submitted works belongs to the photographer.
Our association will use the submitted works on our website, social media, brochures, etc.
