Its distinguishing feature is the excellent balance of aroma, spiciness, and numbing sensation. In particular, its elegant and rich citrusy aroma is stronger than that of other varieties, and it refreshingly fills the mouth and nose.<br>We carefully harvest the produce by hand and continue to adhere to traditional methods such as air-drying and sun-drying.<br>They offer a variety of products, including powdered sansho pepper, sansho shichimi (seven-spice blend), chirimen sansho (small
