Terms of use

1. Junior high school students and above are available.
2. We do not assume any responsibility for accidents while using this service.
(We will guarantee only within the scope of TS marked insurance..)

Reception period

From Friday June 26 2020 until Sunday October 25.
*We accept from the beginning of May to the end of October in the usual year.

Business holiday (Days formaintenance)

There is no plan to be closed for the time being.
*Once a holiday is decided, we will announce it on our website.

How to apply

Please apply by phone or email.
Or please apply directly at reception desk of Okuhida Onsengo Tourism Association.
Advance reservation is also possible.
In this case, please inform us of the user’s name, date and time of use request, number of people to use etc.

a. Application at reception desk: Please come to the reception desk. For the location of the reception desk, please refer to the following.; On Sundays, we accept applications only if you wish to use the day.; * We do not accept reservation applications at reception desk on Sundays.
b. Application by telephone: Please call +81-578-89-2614.; Telephone reception hour : Monday to Saturday / from 9: 00 to 16: 00; We also accept phone application on the day of use. However, we do not accept reservations for the day of use by phone on Sundays. Please apply directly at reception desk.
c. Application by telephone: If you apply by e-mail, we will accept the reservation up to 2 days before the date of use.; Please fill in the user’s name, date and time of use request, number of people to use etc, and send it to okuhida@hidatakayama.ne.jp

*From August 10, 2019, the Hirayu Onsen Tourist Information Center has been able to use electric assist bicycles (limited to two).

* Reservations at Hirayu Onsen Tourist Information Center will be made using telephone (for reserving in advance).
*Usage procedures are the same at the Hirayu Onsen Tourist Information Center.

* Whichever application method you use, we may not be able to accept it depending on the usage and reservation situation. Please be forewarned.

How to use

Please come to the reception desk of Okuhida Onsenkyo Tourist Association (departure and arrival place) before use hours. (Reception hours: 9: 00-13: 00).

Procedure details at reception desk: Confirmation of notes; Sign and Submission of written oaths; Payment of rental fee and deposit; * We return the deposit if you return the bicycle within the use hours.
